Cancellation Policy

Your time and appointments mean a lot to us, and we totally understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or adjust your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation or no-show fees.

For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the booked service amount will be charged. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge for the full service amount. By continuing, you’re agreeing to our cancellation policy.
